1.  Are Marble Tops Interchangeable?  
     
 We manufacture these units in our factory overseas. The finished product is then brought to High Point, NC warehouse from where it is shipped. No changes are possible. However, a qualified stone expert in your area can provide you with the marble or granite of your choice.

  
  
2.  Are the faucets Interchangeable?   
      
A. Same as the marble tops, the faucets are pre-selected and safely packaged inside the vanities, which are, then inside cartons. It is not possible to either remove or change the faucets. No credits are allowed.    
However, because the faucets are not installed, you may easily replace them with your own.  
  
3. What is Your Standard Shipping Time?  
      An order will ship within 24-72 hrs from the time it is paid, and only 3 - 7 business days to   
get to you! And of course, we offer free pick up at our North Carolina warehouse location. Some of our services may take a little longer, such as the white glove service, so please call for details. But don't worry, for those of you in a rush, we can get you any of our units from this site in as little as 3 business days! (Extra fees apply; please call for details!)  
  
4. How long will the vanities last?  
vanity      A We use the finest materials in the construction of our units to last 25-30 years!  Bat vanity Wherever possible we have installed a 1 ¼” stationary backsplash, felt inside drawers and shelf behind doors. Please check the individual listings for details.

  
5. How Do You Maintain A Brass Sink?  
      
AA simple mild soap solution and a soft cloth is all you need to keep them looking beautiful! If you prefer, you may use a mild brass cleaner every couple of years.  
  
 6. Do You Have A Showroom At High Point, NC?  
Yes, we do. To visit the warehouse showroom in High Point, NC only,  
please call 336-870-4203. By appointment only. 
  
7. Do You Offer A Choice Of Finishes And Sizes For Your Units?  
      
ASome of our units are part of collections with sizes of 36”, 48”, 60” single sink, 60” double sink, 64”, 67” 72”.  Many of which have matching mirrors and/or matching mirror/hutches.  Each unit is manufactured and warehoused with finishes as shown only and no changes are possible.  
 

8.  What Method of Payments do you Accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cashier’s Checks, PayPal, Money Orders & Personal Checks only.

  
9. How Much Is Shipping? Can We Use our Trucking Company?

Shipping charges are calculated by weight and destination zip code. You pay exactly what it costs us. Contact us with your selection for an immediate quote.  You are welcomed to use your own trucking company.    Please note that liftgate service, a $65.00 value, will be included free of charge for a limited time only! 
 

10.  How Much Assembly Is Required?

All units are completely assembled except the faucets. They are shipped in large cartons.  
  
 

11. What if My Shipment Arrives Damaged?

It is very important to inspect the items upon delivery. If you find damage, refuse the item, make a very clear

and specific note on the delivery ticket for the reason why and call us immediately, preferably

While the driver is still there.
