The Premium Rocky Road (Dark Imperador) Marble featured on this unit is a very beautiful, very expensive premium and delicate solid piece of natural marble. It is softer than most marble and/or granite tops, and a much rarer natural stone. Because of these natural characteristics, it is common to find some natural cracks that must be filled in at the factory before the entire marble is sealed creating a smooth surface. If you might object to these fill ins although the overall look is gorgeous, please do not purchase this unit.
